We’re a family-run business based in Stockport, with our own buy-to-let portfolio and hands-on experience of buying, refurbishing, financing and managing property.
We’ve been on your side of the table: buying at auction, planning refurbishments, arranging finance and dealing with the realities of being landlords. That experience shapes the way we look after our customers.
Nick Harding
Mortgage adviser · Lead energy assessor
My background is in the fire service, alongside building our property portfolio and Kick EPC. I’m a CeMAP-qualified mortgage adviser and a domestic energy assessor, bringing together the finance and practical sides of property.
I know how much there is to weigh up when buying or refinancing. My aim is to make the options clear and help you understand your next step.

My background in project management and football administration has always been about people and organisation. Today, I look after the day-to-day running of our businesses and help manage our property portfolio.
